available to members?

Whether you are a member of Floor to Ceiling, Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet or ProCenter Kitchens and Floors, the opportunities available to you are equally exciting. All of these opportunities are available at your direction; you choose what you want to do. 

Included with membership is attendance to our Summer and Winter Convention, which we host each year. All participating members get drinks and meals included as a part of the event, as well as a chance to network with our other members and core vendors in the group. We also have had some world class keynote speakers, address our group each convention. This includes the renowned Mark Sanborn and Bill Wooditch, among many other wonderful orators. We host a exhibit hall at each of our events, an opportunity for our members to meet our core vendors and to learn about their products. A chance to learn about any special programs they have exclusively through our group. Each event we host boasts at least one fun activity: our attendees have ridden helicopters over Las Vegas, have solved a murder mystery on a yacht cruising the Mississippi River, have raced Ferraris against one another in the desert, have battled it out in teams on their very own game show, visited with David Copperfield following watching one of his shows up close. You will never guess what our members will be doing at our next convention ;)

how does floors & more 

support its members?

Constant communication. All members will receive at friendly phone call, at least once a month, from a member of our team. Our Director of Membership will check in with you to see how business is doing this month, how our programs you are using are working for you and to update you on any upcoming opportunities. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we called to check in on every member of the Floors & More family once a week April through May. Along with sending weekly email updates. A part of our conversations is asking what we can do to support you. We love special projects and member requests, and prioritize getting them done. Beyond a business call, this is also a personal conversation to see how you are doing.

Beyond our events there are many support opportunities available to our members every day. You can request a consultation for your business from anyone on our corporate team: our Director of Marketing, Director of Operations, Director of Membership, and even our CEO. They will fly out to visit and consult you, in your store(s) as a part of being in our group. You can use this time to coach your staff, examine your operations and improve your showroom. We have even been known to unload a truck or two during a consultation visit.

Floors & More has many educational initiatives available to its members as well. All members have access to our comprehensive Knowledge University. With over 154 unique lessons, created by industry experts and updated annually, these are valuable training modules for owners and their staff alike. This extensive catalog consists of classes on product knowledge, sales techniques, financials, merchandising, management, and more. Floors & More also has learning series covering Window Treatments, Kitchen & Bath, Shop At Home and Trade Professional Programs. There are many different educational tools you and your staff can access, as a member of our group. We are constantly putting out new content for you to leverage.

Floors & More hosts two monthly webinars, each month, for all members to participate in. One of these members is presented by a member from our team, discussing programs and best practices. The other webinar is presented by one of our vendor partners, discussing their product and how they fit into your store. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, we hosted these webinars weekly for 8 weeks straight, to keep of our members updated and prepared. All of our webinars are recorded and can be watched the day after in our online member portal. Floors & More also hosts a monthly advisory council webinar with a select group of owners, assembled together from its three brands, to discuss merchandising, marketing and member opportunities to determine what programs will benefit members most. Our members have an active voice in deciding how we better support their businesses and contribute to their growth.

A member’s guide to their opportunities available, this comprehensive website has everything you need to leverage your membership. Comprehensive sections dedicate to Member Services, Marketing, and Merchandising opportunities. Along with our rebate tracker and latest news updates. We believe in constant and never ending improvement. All changes and additions to our program can be tracked and learned about in INFLO. We also send our members a monthly newsletter with updates on future programs, upcoming events and things they may have missed from the past month. Consistent communication.
